1. Order Processing

Orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 1โ€“2 working days after they are placed or confirmed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery address, selected size, or other order information. An order may be delayed or cancelled if we cannot verify the required details.

2. Delivery Area and Time

We currently deliver to serviceable addresses across Pakistan. Most confirmed orders are expected to arrive within 3โ€“5 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote or extended-service areas may take approximately 5โ€“7 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, public holidays, courier capacity, security restrictions, incorrect address details, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed. Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to minimum order values, selected locations, or limited campaign periods.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, the courier or our support team may provide a tracking number or delivery update by SMS, phone, or WhatsApp. Tracking information can take time to update after dispatch.

5. Address and Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete name, active phone number, city, area, street address, and any nearby landmark required for delivery. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery and Refused Parcels

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, provides an incomplete address, or refuses the parcel without an approved reason, the courier may return the order to us. Redelivery may require payment of an additional shipping charge.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide your order details, photographs, or an unboxing video where reasonably available so we can review the issue.
