Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when footwear purchased from ISMOZ Leatherland may be returned or exchanged.

1. Seven-Day Request Period

You may request a return or size exchange within seven calendar days after receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may be declined unless the product is defective and applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged;
  • have been tried only on a clean indoor surface;
  • retain its original tags, accessories, box, and packaging;
  • show no dirt, scratches, sole wear, odour, creasing caused by extended use, or alteration; and
  • be accompanied by the order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.

3. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit, or a refund where appropriate. The replacement item will be dispatched after the returned footwear has been received and inspected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For a change of mind, preference change, or customer-selected incorrect size, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable redelivery charge. If we sent the wrong product or confirm a manufacturing defect, ISMOZ Leatherland will arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • footwear showing signs of wear or use;
  • products altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery;
  • custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products;
  • clearance or final-sale items identified as non-returnable before purchase; and
  • items returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Provide clear photographs and your order information. Normal variation in handmade finishing, leather grain, texture, or colour is not automatically considered a defect.

7. Inspection and Refunds

Returned products are inspected before approval. If approved, refunds are normally initiated within 7–10 working days. Processing time after approval may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be sent by bank transfer or another method agreed with you.

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us through WhatsApp before sending any product back. Include your name, order number, product, requested size or solution, and the reason for the request. Do not send a return until our team provides instructions and confirms the return location.
